الملا للبصيري: تتلصصون على المدونات وتتجاوزون على الدستور

فيما الأنظار تتركز على شراء مديونيات المواطنين، القضية التي سيكون لها حضورها الفاعل في دور الانعقاد المقبل لمجلس الامة، علمت «الراي» من مصادر مقربة من كتلة العمل الشعبي أن الكتلة في صدد تقديم اقتراحات شعبية يقارب عددها العشرة بعد إجازة العيد، تتعلق كلها بمصالح المواطنين.
وإن أخفت إجازة العيد بعضا من مظاهر «التشنج» في العلاقة بين السلطتين، جاهر النائب صالح الملا بنيته مساءلة وزير المواصلات وزير الدولة لشؤون مجلس الامة الدكتور محمد البصيري، وحمّله مسؤولية «التلصص» على المدونات «بحجة الحفاظ على الوحدة الوطنية» معربا عن ثقته «بارتكاب هذا الخطأ الجسيم الذي يتنافى وروح الدستور».
وأكد الملا حضور القوانين الرياضية في «الذاكرة» وإن فضل عدم الخوض فيها راهنا «لأن الأمر محسوم بالنسبة لنا».
وقال الملا لـ «الراي»: «إنه أمر في غاية الخطورة أن يوجه وزير المواصلات تعليماته بمراقبة المدونات والمواقع الالكترونية» وبين أن تفسير البصيري لخطاب سمو الأمير في العشر الاواخر لم يكن في محله، فهو يأبى إلا ان يعطي تعليماته إلى قياديي الوزارة بمراقبة المدونات والمواقع الالكترونية بحجة الوحدة الوطنية وهذا أمر غير مقبول البتة «ونحن نرفض أن نحمّل الأمور أكثر مما تحتمل وسيكون لنا موقف حازم من الوزير وسأوجه إليه سؤالا برلمانيا في أول يوم بعد عطلة العيد رغم أن هناك معلومات تؤكد صدور تعليمات شفهية في وزارة المواصلات لمراقبة المدونات، في إجراء يعتبر انتهاكا صارخا للباب الثالث من الدستور وهو باب الحريات وحرية التعبير، وانتهاكا لما جبل عليه أهل الكويت من سقف عال لحرية التعبيرعن الرأي».
ورأى الملا أن «شيوع الطائفية والقبلية وغيرها من المصطلحات التي ترمي إلى تمزيق العباءة الوطنية، يعود إلى التراخي الحكومي، فالسلطة تتحمل وزر ما وصلنا إليه، وهي تحصد راهنا ما زرعته منذ سنوات».
وأكد ان مراقبة المدونات لن تحد من الظاهرة «فنحن في حاجة إلى مراجعة شاملة تتضمن أدبياتنا وثقافتنا الاجتماعية ومناهجنا الدراسية، فالقضية أكبر من المدونات بحجة حماية الوحدة الوطنية».
واستغرب الملا «التلصص» على الحريات ومحاولة كبت الأصوات الحرة في المدونات وأكد: « نرفض التضييق على الحريات، وانا متابع جيد للمدونات ولم ألحظ أن هناك من يثير النعرات الطائفية، إنما هناك نقد يوجه إلى قضايا وشخصيات عامة وانا من ضمن من تعرض إلى النقد ولم أفكر بتاتا في الحجر عليه، فنحن نعيش في دولة ديموقراطية ولدينا باب في الدستور يصون الحريات».
وحض الملا الحكومة على إعادة النظر في السياسة التعليمية «فلا بد من إعادة مادة التربية الوطنية إلى المناهج الدراسية واعتبارها مادة اساسية، بالإضافة إلى تدريس الدستور وتكثيف البرامج الوطنية التي ترسخ مفهوم الوحدة، كما على الحكومة أن تتخذ إجراءاتها ضد كل جهة تحاول بث روح التفرقة بين صفوف المجتمع».
وفي الملف الرياضي قال الملا ان القوانين الرياضية طبقت وحدد موعد لانتخابات اتحاد كرة القدم، وهذا يعني ان الامر حسم بالنسبة لنا، ولا أريد راهنا الدخول في الملف الرياضي لأنه أغلق بتطبيق القوانين، وهناك اجتماع للجمعية العمومية في شهر أكتوبر المقبل، وإقرار اللوائح ومن ثم انتخاب مجلس إدارة للاتحاد يتألف من 14 عضوا وفق القوانين الكويتية، ووقتذاك يكتمل عقد الاتحادات الرياضية في الكويت وفق القوانين التي صدرت من مجلس الامة وصدّق عليها سمو الامير».
من جهته، كشف النائب سعد الخنفور أن قضية مديونيات المواطنين تستحق البحث خلال دور الانعقاد المقبل، لا سيما وان هناك غالبية نيابية تدعم اقتراح شراء المديونيات وإعادة جدولتها.
وقال الخنفور لـ «الراي» ان النواب متحمسون لحل القضية بشكل جذري وسريع، خصوصا انها تمس شريحة كبيرة من المواطنين ممن أرهقتهم القروض، داعيا الحكومة إلى التعاون مع مجلس الامة في هذا الاتجاه وحتى تتم معالجة الملف بالشكل السليم.

أكدت مصادر مطلعة في وزارة المواصلات ان الوزير د. محمد البصيري بدأ اجتماعات مكثفة مع المسؤولين في الوزارة من أجل وضع خطة لمراقبة ومتابعة المدونات وما ينشر فيها، وذلك في اطار سعي الوزارة الى محاربة ما من شأنه أن يضر بالوحدة الوطنية ويسعى الى بث الشقاق والفرقة بين أبناء الوطن الواحد. وأشارت المصادر في تصريح لـ «النهار» ان هذا التحول يأتي في اطار السعي لتنفيذ التوجيهات الأميرية في التصدي لكل ما من شأنه المساس بوحدة هذا الوطن.

وأضافت المصادر ان البصيري ينوي تكليف لجنة فنية متخصصة في الوزارة لدراسة كل ما يتعلق بالنشر الالكتروني وما يتم تداوله في المنتديات والمدونات الالكترونية لاحكام الرقابة على كل ما يتم تداوله فيها. وألمحت الى ان عمل اللجنة سيشمل متابعة ما يثار من مواضيع وقضايا في تلك المدونات وضمان الا يكون فيها ما يمس الوحدة الوطنية أو الدين أو القيم الاجتماعية. وتهدف اللجنة أيضاً الى وضع تشريعات وقوانين تنظيم النشر الالكتروني مع اعداد تقرير حول كل التشريعات الموجودة في الدولة حالياً والتي تحتاج الى أن يغطي مداها البعد الالكتروني فيما يتعلق بجوانب العقوبات والجزاءات.

Dear Sheila:

A car stalling after being driven a short distance can be caused by a
variety of faults with the engine. Start by checking that there is no
debris in the fuel line. If it is clear, check the vacuum pipes and
hoses on the intake manifold and also check all grounding wires. If
none of these approaches solves the problem, it could be that the fuel
pump itself is faulty, causing low delivery pressure to the carburetor
float chamber.

I just found out about this interview

My thoughts:

1- I could not stop laughing out loud while watching it, this is the funniest thing I have seen in a long time.
2- It proves my point that politics in Kuwait is a farce.
3- I can’t believe people are taking them seriously. No one in his right mind will do.
4- I was born and raised here in Kuwait I never knew people like that existed.
5- Where did they come from?
6- How did it happen?
7- I can’t foresee a better Kuwait.
8- The problem is that these people are free loaders and they have all the time in the world to push their agenda forward.

ATLANTA – A former Glynn County school superintendent fired in February for using his school system BlackBerry and e-mail address to respond to Internet ads seeking sex, is set to regain his education license next month.

The Georgia Professional Standards Commission, which licenses teachers and other educators in Georgia, suspended Michael Bull from working in the state for 90 days. The suspension of his education license, handed down Thursday, is retroactive to Feb. 20, the day he was fired, and ends July 7.

Bull, who lives in South Carolina, told The Brunswick News he had been willing to accept whatever decision the commission reached.

"I wasn't going to judge it one way or another," he said. "It could have been worse and it could have been better, but I accept it."

The suspension becomes part of Bull's record in Georgia.

An initial commission staff recommendation suggested suspending Bull's license for a full year of 180 teaching days. That was cut to 90 school days after Bull agreed to a consent order for the lower penalty, said Gary Walker, director of the commission's Educator Ethics Division.

Walker said Bull was suspended under an ethics code provision that bars misuse of public funds or property. Bull was not in Atlanta Thursday when the commission issued its decision.

Bull has said he plans to become superintendent of an American school in Kuwait in early August. He has said he will oversee a middle school and a high school program in Kuwait City. Each school has a principal, assistant principal and two guidance counselors, and teaches students from 52 countries, he has said.

After Bull was fired in February, the board of education appointed Assistant Superintendent Howard Mann as interim superintendent. The board voted Tuesday to name Mann the only finalist for the job. The board plans to hire him after a two-week period of public notice for finalists that's required by law.

Respect vs The Oath

By Khaled Al Sultan delivering the oath in his own way, proves that he has no respect for the Kuwaiti constitution, no respect for The State of Kuwait, no respect for the Kuwaiti people, no respect for our brave authors of the constitution, no respect for majles al uma . Who does he think he is making up his own oath. That shows that he believes that he is above the law and the the constitution.

Khaled Al Sultan should not be allowed to serve in the Al majles now and ever again, because as far as I know this was not his first time corrupting the oath. Who does he think he is making up his own oath?

Also, it shows that the majles members are lacking respect for all what I mentioned above, except for Saleh Al Mulla who dared to preserve our forefather’s legacy. The other members are not worthy for being there.
If an elementary thing like the oath not respected, it’s definitely a reflections on the members and their intentions of being members in the mjels.

And in respect, of the morons who keep shouting for Hejab. I would like to see them do something productive for Kuwait to start with.
Who do they think they are telling people what and what not to wear... Whats next? this is a sacred right, they stepping way over our individual freedom ...
To those members who think that they are the crusaders of moral and religious values, you need to remember that our female members do have fathers , grandfathers , uncles and brothers, so they do not need you to tell them to wear hejab or not .Not to mention that our female members are more educated than any male member in that so called majles el uma

Despite the fact that I was granted permission from my manager to leave early, and I did send him a copy of it as mentioned in the post yesterday, he refuse to except it. I think his ego did not allow him to admit his mistake so he does not look bad to the HR prostitute.

Now that is really donkey mentality, the guy is obviously a big mass of mental mess, and she is working him like a puppet.

You cant help it but to feel superior to those people with internal complexes that they cant get beyond them.

Here we go again picking up where I left off my prostitute series encounters at my previous job.Apparently I have the same at my current job, to sum it up in few words :

Basically she works in HR which makes her just as dangerous as the previous one because they have access to the fools in upper management. Somehow, this types of prostitutes all ware hejab to disguise their evilness and dirty deeds. This one wants to prove herself in the company by policing lateness in attendance. She accused me of leaving work 5hrs early in march, which my manger blindly agreed with her and they deducted from my salary and a written warning ( mother F*****S ). I got in a discussion with my manger and her about this issue with no luck, no one seem wants to listen. All they wanted to do is to give me the written warring and deduct from my salary. And I knew from experience that evil prostitutes always win.

I left the matter alone and did not let it ruin my weekend despite the shock and total disappointment with the whole situation and with my manager.

Well, guess what today I found the permission that I was granted to leave early from my manager, I printed it and sent it to him this morning with no reply as of yet.

We shall wait and see.

I have noticed lately that men are exaggerating with wearing perfume and 6eeb.

This morning as I got in my work elevator, there were 3 mid aged morons (men) with polyester deshdashas kissing and greeting each other, they were all over the elevator stinking it up. They all stank of cheep 6eeb and perfume (polyester deshdashas amplifies any smell). By the time I got to my floor I was in desperate need of an oxygen tank.

I think this phenomena started around 2-3 years ago in the attempet to be shay shay.

don’t they know its summer time and dusty and people have allergies? which it makes inappropriate to wear heavy 6eeb like that.

I swear they killed me.

1-saddam would have been king of the world if he discovered these poisonouse gases that those morons were wearing.

2-Those morons would have been the most successful suicide bombers weapon, just send them wearing this shit in any public place or bus etc and people will drop dead like flies.

I just got back from a trip from to Amman where I attended and participated in an event that has to do with my passion and hobby. It was so organized and eventful and friendly and fun, and we most of us had good results. It made us thank everyone and wish the will do it again and again. We all had a great time.

Two weeks prior the same event was held in Kuwait. It was stressful and full of negativity and lack friendliness and organization. It made me and everyone I know complain all the time about it , and how last year was much better.

The immediate organizers where treating us (Kuwaitis) like we are not welcomed. I guess here in Kuwait people are weaned on negativity and back stabbing and paranoia and ill wishes to others.

1- We have better facilities than them

2- We have more money than them to produce better event

Whats wrong with those people.
